Spiritual Exercise #8.
1. Clear the air, deep breaths and relaxation.
2. Focus on the goodness in you.
3. Palms facing, as you breathe in, move hands slowly apart a bit.
4. Feel that you are not alone in your goodness.
5. Feed your spirittual child in this manner.
6. Expand your goodness withing and then outward to
those you love,to other places, upward to ideas,
without the limits of time and space, events or opinions.
