"Changing your present by rewriting your past."

Spiritual Exercise #3.

1. Allow yourself to focus on one incident in your past

that you would have liked to have had a different outcome.

2. Express how you would have liked things to happen.

Do not allow any dwelling on pain.

3. Visualise the past as if you had actually received what you needed.

4. Relive the incident spiritually in the light

of unconditional love and forgiveness.
