1. Become aware of negative energies expressed through physical discomforts.

2. Send and energy of light to that area and reclaim your harmony.

3. Put a shield of light energy around yourself to protect you from

negative energy patterns of others.

4. Let negative energies bounce off of your shield so that it flows to those

who need it for a learning experience.
